Hoop Dance 101 Betty offers live in crowd performance followed by hoop jam. All guests receive instruction and a chance to show off. Music mixes of tribal trance, disco, hip hop and party classics are played. Mixes can be arranged for specific themes.
Betty also can work with any DJ or live band.

Betty teaches basic moves and then guides you through the 4 rhythms. The group then attempts the Hoop Obstacle Course and Hoop Limbo. Music and hoops are provided. Great for indoor and outdoor spaces.
