PARTy choices Craft Hoop Decorating followed by Hoop Dance 101
Each child receives a hoop to decorate with fuzzy fabrics, rainbow colored tapes and 3-D stickers. No glue, no mess, no tables needed. Parents are welcome to help. Then children use their hoops and follow Betty through the 4 rhythms, including the ultimate hoop obstacle course and hoop limbo.

Decorating time: Approximately 40 minutes
Instruction and Hoop Dance time: 20-40 minutes preferred
Music and adult sized hoops are provided

Hoop Dance Jam
Betty brings hoops for everyone and guides children through the 4 rhythms, including the ultimate hoop obstacle course, limbo and Simon Says Hoop. [Instruction and Hoop Dance time: 1 hour minimum]

Kids Yoga Moves
Betty guides children through fun yoga poses like tree, camel and rocking boat pose. They explore stretching, balancing and strengthening their bodies. Yoga mats and blocks are provided.
