OFFICE PARTIES, FUNDRAISERS, PROMOTIONAL EVENTS 30 Minute Stress Buster Challenge
Betty will teach everyone in just a few minutes and guide them through the 4 rhythms. Everyone gets to show off during Simon Says "Hoop Your Stress Off". This program is a great activity for employee holiday parties. Betty performs for 5 minutes and then teaches over 20 Hoop Dance moves. She brings more hoops for open spaces and less hoops for limited space. People gather around and all have time to get into the hoop. Hoop Limbo and the Ultimate Hoop Obstacle Course are some of the favorite games.

Hoop Dance Performance and Instruction
Betty performs on stage and or in the crowd. Everyone tries their shot at the hoop and guests are laughing and cheering in no time. Her instruction is fun and easy. Indoor and outdoor space can be used. No space is too small.

CORPORATE RETREATSBetty performs and instructs in a booth space or hosts her 30-60 minute workshop at an enclosed area. She then guides everyone through the 4 rhythms. Hoop Limbo and the Ultimate Hoop Obstacle Course are some of the favorite games. Music mixes of tribal trance, disco, hip hop and party classics are played. Mixes can be arranged for specific themes. Betty also works with DJs or live band.
