we wake up at 3am to hike for hours following elk tracks. as a child i always thought that if i ate meat, i should learn how it’s killed. i was the only one at the hunting camp to have split pea soup every night. it was a great -painful-hard and growing experience which took me deeper into my self and my yoga practice.
