Great post here, you know, I never really gave it much thought how important it is to maintain focused and raring to go. There’s no difference if it’s for times of troubling times and top shape will help yank yourself and the next person through, or if it’s in normal, everyday living when good fitness is important for everyday health and wellbeing. I say, exercise, do core training, and you’ll be ready for all. That’s for sure!
